Head of Housing

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Housing Team to ensure the delivery of essential services.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
• Address immediate priorities in areas such as income maximisation, estate management, and customer service.
• Provide updates and reports to the Management Committee as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 5 years in housing management and 3 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills to manage a busy workload.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with housing policies, performance management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Education: HND or equivalent qualification (a degree in Housing or related field is desirable).

This is a temporary position for 8 weeks only, with a focus on maintaining continuity and addressing immediate operational needs.
