Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Group FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis
- Deliver accurate and timely management reporting to the Board and executive committees
- Provide financial insight to CFO to support strategic decision making and business performance
- Partner with business units to drive alignment, control and commercial accountability
- Analyse trends, KPIs and financial drivers to highlight risks and opportunities
- Ensure consistency and quality in financial planning and reporting across the Group
- Lead and develop a high quality team of analysts, fostering professional growth and delivering excellent output
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a senior FP&A role within the insurance industry
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive performance
- Experienced in building and leading high performing finance teams
- Skilled in financial modelling, forecasting and management reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at CFO level
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
