Summary: The Head of Global eCommerce will lead the development and implementation of the eCommerce strategy for NEOM Wellbeing, focusing on D2C trading across multiple markets including the UK, US, and ROW. This role involves managing the eCommerce team, overseeing trading P&Ls, and enhancing customer journeys to drive growth. The position is a fixed-term contract based in London and requires strong leadership and strategic communication skills. The successful candidate will be instrumental in influencing the brand's strategic direction and achieving key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a 12-month Ecommerce trading strategy and trade calendar with KPIs.
- Deliver annual product launches, exclusive campaigns, and promotional plans.
- Own key site metrics to track business performance.
- Enhance site engagement and conversion rates through effective merchandising and user journeys.
- Collaborate with various teams to establish NEOM as a leading Wellbeing brand.
- Manage a team and external agency partners, setting clear objectives and performance KPIs.
- Develop and execute a site test plan to optimize performance.
- Oversee site merchandising and provide feedback for optimization.
- Manage the annual trading budgeting process and reforecasting as needed.
- Lead meetings to review KPIs and performance insights.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in managing D2C trading performance for an eCommerce brand.
- Senior management experience in global eCommerce and D2C trading.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing.
- Proficiency in Shopify and Google Analytics.
- Commercially minded with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the beauty industry is desirable.
- Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams.
