Summary: The Head of Global Communication at EVE LOM Skincare will lead the development and execution of a global communications strategy that enhances the brand's British heritage and innovation. This role involves collaboration with various teams to unify marketing efforts and drive consumer engagement across key markets. The consultant will also manage agency relationships and provide strategic insights to the Global Brand President. The position requires a strong background in luxury beauty communications and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & execute a comms roadmap aligned with the brand's three-year plan.
- Build global advocacy & influencer strategy for core and emerging audiences.
- Lead the appointment & management of a new comms agency for the UK & US.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Global Brand President on cultural trends & industry dynamics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to unify storytelling across all channels.
- Work with creative leads to define visual tone & embed storytelling into innovation pipeline.
- Reinforce EVE LOM's cleansing authority & strengthen brand voice.
- Define & establish a comms measurement framework with KPIs.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to tailor comms strategies for local relevance.
- Line-manage & mentor the Brand Comms Assistant.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 15 years' experience in comms leadership within luxury beauty or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven expertise in multi-market comms with strong UK & US market knowledge.
- Strong network and passion for building relationships.
- Deep understanding of POES integration, PR/Advocacy models, & impact measurement.
- Strong team-leadership skills with experience managing direct reports.

About the Role : Reporting to the Global Brand President & working in close collaboration with the Global Marketing Director, the Consultant will lead the creation & implementation of a global comms strategy that drives both creative excellence & measurable impact. Lead the strategic development & activation of a global, consumer-led comms framework into execution that amplifies EVE LOM's British heritage, botanical science & innovation, & modern desirability across key markets. The consultant will partner with the EVE LOM Leadership Team to align Comms, Marketing, Creative & Product Innovation under one unified strategic & visual direction, supported by clear measurement & reporting framework.
Responsibilities :
- Global Strategy & Leadership — Design & execute a comms roadmap aligned with the brand's three-year plan to drive cleansing leadership, a second growth engine, & consumer desirability & relevancy.
- Advocacy & Relevance — Build global advocacy & influencer strategy to strengthen credibility & grow desirability among core (35+) & emerging (25-35) audiences.
- Agency Management — Lead the appointment & management of a new comms agency for the UK & US, partnering with them on our activation roadmap.
- Strategic Advisory — Act as a strategic advisor to the Global Brand President, providing insight on direction, cultural trends, & industry dynamics.
- Cross-Functional Integration — Partner with Marketing, Online, Creative, & Product Development leads to unify paid, owned, earned, & shared (POES) storytelling across all channels into execution across UK & US markets.
- Ideate and Activate with Global Marketing as we build new social channels and test and learn new ways to build brand affinity that blends Earned & Owned & Paid.
- Creative & Innovation Alignment — Work with the Head of Creative & Head of PD to define visual tone & embed storytelling into the mid- to long-term innovation pipeline.
- Cleansing Authority & Brand Voice — Reinforce EVE LOM's cleansing authority & strengthen the brand's voice as a leader in intelligent skincare. Position Britishness as a key creative & strategic differentiator.
- Partner on the build of a new facial/spa experience strategy with Head of Education.
- Measurement & Insight — Define & Establish a comms measurement framework with KPIs, reporting cadence, & continuous learning.
- Regional Collaboration & Market Alignment — Partner with regional leaders, especially in China, to tailor comms strategies for local relevance while maintaining global consistency.
- Start the process of providing clear frameworks & assets for local activation & champion the 'one team' culture across regions.
- Team Leadership — Line-manage & mentor the Brand Comms Assistant, guiding day-to-day delivery & professional development.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 15 years' experience in comms leadership within luxury beauty, skincare or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven expertise in multi-market comms, with strong UK & US market knowledge; international market experience (especially China) a key advantage.
- Strong network, passion for on the ground relationships and test and learn mentality.
- Deep understanding of POES integration, PR /Advocacy models, & impact measurement.
- Strong team-leadership skills with experience managing direct reports.

Pay range and compensation package :
Duration: 12 month Fixed Term Contract – option to discussing Permanent. Start Date: March 2026. Working Pattern: 4- 5 day week (depending on candidate). London HQ Presence: 2-3 days per week.
