Summary: A well-known insurance firm is seeking an Interim Head of Group FP&A to lead their budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead/manage comprehensive budgeting, forecasting and analytical functions at a group level
• Foster robust relationships with key business partners, providing challenge and insight
• Own the quarterly and annual earnings group results reporting process
• Provide commercial understanding to enable decision-making
• Lead the preparation of the annual Business Plan for the UK division and quarterly forecasts/re-forecasts
• Coaching and mentoring the wider FP&A team
