Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial and financial insight that drives growth and profitability
- Lead budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning with accurate, actionable analysis
- Develop reporting and dashboards to highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support strategic initiatives and performance improvement projects
- Ensure alignment between operational and financial planning
- Build and lead a high-performing FP&A and Commercial Finance team
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
- Strong FP&A and commercial finance background in complex or multi-site environments
- Advanced skills in Power BI or equivalent, data warehousing, and dynamic financial modelling
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercially minded, analytical, and proactive
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
