Head of Finance – Transactional Services and Systems

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and delivery of P2P and Income systems, processes, compliance and reporting
• Drive finance digital transformation, implementing robust and future-proofed finance technology solutions
• Maximise income and debt collection while ensuring cost-effective supplier payment
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, Members and external partners
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

• Comprehensive experience implementing and managing complex financial systems in a public sector or local government setting
• Proven senior leadership track record, building high-performing teams
