Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy to support its growth and business objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure the company remains financially healthy while optimising profitability.
• Ensure the timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to the CEO/MD and leadership team.

Key Skills:

• A qualified accountant with proven experience (5 years) in a senior finance role, such as Head of Finance, Finance Controller, CFO, or Finance Director, ideally within an SME environment.
• Strong experience in financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, cashflow management and forecasting.
• Proficiency with financial software and systems (Sage Intact would be advantageous).
