Summary: The Head of Finance role at a global organization in Woking involves managing a team of six and reporting to the Group Finance Director. This position is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, providing financial insights, and driving process improvements within the business unit. Key Responsibilities:
- Own monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
- Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team
- Deliver insightful variance analysis and performance commentary
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and business objectives
- Lead year-end reporting and manage audit processes
- Ensure statutory compliance and strong financial controls
- Drive improvements in systems, processes, and reporting
- Support business planning, including assisting with any M&A activity
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong team leadership experience is essential for this role
- Strong commercial acumen and Excel skills
- Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels
- Calm, collaborative, and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Microsoft Business Central would be advantageous

Managing a team of 6, and reporting into the Group Finance Director, this Head if Finance will lead a high performing divisional team and ensure the financial integrity of the business unit. This role will provide high-quality financial insight to the wider business, and also be responsible for driving process improvements where appropriate.
