Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with General Managers of restaurants to analyse overall performance
- Provide commercial insights to senior leadership teams in weekly presentations to aid decision making
- Lead cashflow forecasting
- Partner with operations to provide insight on profits and costs
- Lead forecasting for the restaurants and be involved in menu pricing and promotions
- Oversee and own month end
- Assist with the growth of the business internationally and strategic direction

I am recruiting an exciting Head of Finance role for an award winning, multinational, restaurant group. This would suit a qualified accountant with previous experience working in hospitality, in a senior finance role, partnering with operations. They ideally would like someone who can start in the next 4 weeks on a contract and then go permanent.
