Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the finance function, including financial operations, reporting, and controls

- Managing month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of management accounts
- Leading the audit process and liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Supporting the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Developing and mentoring a small finance team
- Driving process improvements and automation across finance operations
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Proven experience in the insurance sector, specifically within a Lloyd's broker
