Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting including quarterly reporting and production of statutory accounts.
• Production of SII quarterly and annual returns.
• Oversight and management of the finance operations team.
• Support implementation of finance-related programmes and act as an SME.
• Business partnering for annual budget cycles and forecasting.
• Daily operational activities and project migration in line with BAU.
• Staff management, including performance reviews and training development.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs in service delivery.
