Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with external marketing and SEO agencies, ensuring accountability, quality, and delivery
  • Partnering closely with senior leadership to align marketing activity with wider business priorities
  • Acting as the central point between Harnham, Rockborne and external partners
  • Supporting initiatives designed to increase brand visibility, engagement and inbound opportunities
  • Overseeing activity across content, SEO, website projects and digital campaigns
  • Supporting and reviewing thought leadership activity, including salary guides, reports, white papers, podcasts, and video content
  • Coordinating marketing projects, campaigns, events, and roundtables across both businesses
  • Reviewing outputs, contributing ideas, and helping improve messaging where required
  • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness

Key Skills:

Location: Wimbledon - Hybrid, approximately 1–2 office days per week

Salary: £75,000 – £100,000 (pro rata)

Contract: 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract (PAYE), with potential opportunity for extension or longer-term position

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded marketing professional to join Harnham Group as Head of Digital Marketing on an initial 6-month fixed-term basis. This is a broad role designed for someone who enjoys combining strategy, supplier management, project delivery, and hands-on contribution. You’ll take ownership of marketing coordination across two businesses, oversee relationships with external agencies, and help ensure marketing activity contributes meaningfully to brand visibility, engagement, and commercial growth. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and working closely with senior leadership across Harnham and Rockborne, you will act as the central point between leadership teams and external partners, bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to activity across the group. This role would suit someone who enjoys operating independently, influencing senior stakeholders and getting stuck in where needed.
