Summary: This role is for a Head of Digital Business and Merchandising for Reebok Europe, focusing on leading the performance and merchandising strategy for the direct-to-consumer digital channel. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the commercial performance of Reebok.eu, delivering sales, margin, and Ebit.
- Lead merchandising strategy, including Open-to-Buy management, seasonal range planning, and product launches.
- Develop and execute profitable trading and marketing strategies across digital channels.
- Oversee UX/UI improvements, product content, and visual merchandising to optimise conversion.
- Manage digital operations including stock forecasting, pricing, markdowns, promotions, and catalogue uploads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives including omni-channel and platform improvement projects.
Key Skills:
- Proven senior-level digital commerce experience with full P&L responsibility, ideally in fashion, sportswear, or consumer goods.
- Strong merchandising expertise with advanced analytical and commercial skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus (or similar), digital merchandising tools, and e-commerce integrations.
- Skilled in UX/UI principles and their impact on conversion.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional European language is an advantage.
