Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the data strategy, aligning data capabilities with business objectives

- Lead and mentor a team of data specialists, developing capability and driving best practice
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-level clients

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Data Practice for a 3-month outside IR35 contract. This is a senior leadership role focused on shaping and driving data strategy within a consulting environment, ensuring data is leveraged as a strategic asset across client engagements.
The Role You will lead and develop a high-performing data capability spanning data design and modelling, governance and assurance, analytics, and data science. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will provide strategic guidance, oversee delivery of complex data initiatives, and help position data as a core driver of business value.
