Summary: The Head of Data role is a leadership position focused on developing and executing a comprehensive data and business intelligence strategy for a key Financial Services client. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a roadmap to enhance data and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data gaps and create effective solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of data sources to provide a consolidated view of customers and business performance.
  • Ensure best practices are followed, drawing on global expertise where relevant.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering development and knowledge sharing.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent framework for management information (MI) and business intelligence (BI) reporting.
  • Improve self-service reporting tools to enhance efficiency across teams.
  • Deliver insights that support strategic decision-making and market differentiation.
  • Work closely with regional data and analytics teams to align with best practices.
