We’re looking for an experienced Head of CRM to join a leading UK consumer brand on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a high impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement across one of the UK’s largest and most data-rich customer bases. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving measurable commercial growth, leading the evolution of CRM strategy, and delivering best-in-class, customer-first communications across multiple channels.

The Role

As Head of CRM, you’ll lead a high-performing in-house team responsible for delivering seamless, personalised customer experiences across email, app, loyalty and direct marketing channels. You’ll bring together complex customer journeys, driving smarter, more efficient CRM strategies powered by data, technology and automation, whilst managing a large team.
