Summary: The Head of Compliance role involves leading and managing a compliance team within a residential portfolio in Hertfordshire, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing the compliance team.
  • Ensure 100% fire safety compliance and actively supervise contractor work to maintain standards.
  • Oversee and manage residential property compliance, including high-risk areas such as gas, electric, fire safety, lifts, legionella, and asbestos.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience within Social Housing and all the ‘Big 6’ compliance areas.
  • NEBOSH qualification.
  • Senior-level experience managing staff and reviewing the work of compliance officers.

Head of Compliance: My client in Hertfordshire is looking for a H ead of Compliance role. Leading and managing a compliance team across a residential portfolio ensuring health & safety standards and relevant legislation are compliant. The role would be on hybrid working pattern, 2-3 days in the office. Day rate: DOE outside IR35 Contract length: 6-month initial contract Location: Based in Hertfordshire

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing the compliance team.
