Key Responsibilities:
- Building and managing the compliance team.
- Ensure 100% fire safety compliance and actively supervise contractor work to maintain standards.
- Oversee and manage residential property compliance, including high-risk areas such as gas, electric, fire safety, lifts, legionella, and asbestos.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience within Social Housing and all the ‘Big 6’ compliance areas.
- NEBOSH qualification.
- Senior-level experience managing staff and reviewing the work of compliance officers.
