The Opportunity This newly-created leadership role is designed for an ambitious finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site consumer environments. Reporting to the CFO, you'll act as a key member of the senior leadership team - driving financial performance, commercial insight and operational decision-making. You'll lead a large talented team, spanning business partnering, forecasting, reporting and analytics. You'll not only shape the financial direction of the organisation but also play a central role in influencing its future - with succession potential to the CFO role in the coming years.
What You'll Be Doing Leading a large team within Commercial Finance, and leading by example. Business partner with senior leaders across the organisation to drive performance, accountability and strategic planning. Lead all aspects of forecasting, planning, budgeting and performance reporting. Simplify and enhance reporting and KPI frameworks to improve insight, speed and accuracy in decision making. Create a strong, capable and engaged finance team that operates as a true partner to the business. Support long-term strategic goals, sustainability investment decisions and ROI tracking. Improve commercial awareness across the leadership team and influence at Board level.
