Our ground floor features a vibrant dining room with an open kitchen creating classic brasserie dishes from organic, seasonal ingredients, while our downstairs bar offers a stylish, relaxed space for members to unwind and socialise. As Head Bartender, you will be the driving force behind our bar service. You will combine creativity, charisma, and leadership to craft exceptional cocktails, inspire your team, and ensure our members enjoy an unrivalled experience.
