Summary: MidKent College is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lecturer to lead the Pearson HNC in Electrical Engineering at their Maidstone campus. The role involves designing, delivering, and assessing various engineering modules for higher-level apprentices and employer-sponsored students. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Pearson HNC in Electrical Engineering program.
- Design, deliver, and assess modules including Engineering Mathematics, Quality and Process Improvement, Engineering Design, Electrical Machines, Electrical and Electronic Principles, Automation, Robotics, and PLCs, and Production Engineering for Manufacture.
- Support higher-level apprentices and employer-sponsored students in their learning journey.
- Utilize advanced teaching facilities and resources effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering curriculum.
Key Skills:
- Experience in teaching Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
