Summary: Harvey Nash is seeking candidates for the Oracle HCM Functional Lead role, a contract position lasting until March 2026. The role requires strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and experience with full lifecycle implementations. Candidates should have a background in project work, preferably with larger companies, and experience in data migration to HCM Cloud. The position offers a daily rate and hybrid working arrangements in Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, covering Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labour.
  • Experience of moving from eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud.
  • Full lifecycle experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from design, build, test through to deployment.
  • Experience in Data Migration from both EBS and from other systems to HCM Cloud from a functional perspective.
  • A background in working in projects, preferably with larger companies (e.g. FTSE 100).
  • Exposure to infrastructure and multi-platform environments; preferably within the energy or utility sector.
  • Strong Stakeholder management.
