Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot hardware issues for computer systems efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze system performance and recommend upgrades or replacements.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor Chromebook problems/issues.
- Provide software troubleshooting support for both macOS and Windows platforms.
- Conduct basic networking setup and troubleshooting (wired and wireless connections).
