Summary: The Hardware Engineer role focuses on providing comprehensive IMAC services and smart hands support within data centres, requiring hands-on experience and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing full IMAC service (install/Decom/Moves) across both the clients DC's leveraging customer and manufacturers tools.
• Providing smart hands service to the clients IT Security team, including troubleshooting and unit replacement through RMA process.
• Installing and providing base configuration for replacement devices to enable remote access for IT Security.
• Managing tape operations for the Remote Backup team.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in Datacentres essential.
• Good customer service skills.
• Flexible attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
