Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for company hardware purchasing across the EMEA region.
  • Independently manage supplier sourcing, respond to purchase requirements, and release purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Manage supplier day-to-day deliverables and implement effective request management mechanisms; communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Implement and optimize procurement processes to drive higher efficiency and lower costs.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in procurement operations or planning.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase-to-pay processes and daily operational management.
  • Good understanding of procurement systems and tools, with the ability to ramp up quickly and use them effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate across multiple time zones.
  • Bilingual, fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in IT procurement within a multinational organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of import/export regulations, best practices, and procurement trends in the EMEA region.
  • Strong business acumen and logical thinking, with the ability to organise diverse business needs, implement sourcing strategies and processes, and define and manage supplier pools to improve efficiency and cost control.
  • Proven data analysis skills, with experience managing contracts in a structured and organised manner.
