Summary: A Staff Nurse position is available at a leading dialysis clinic in Sutton, London, requiring a qualified Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin. The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-focused care, mentoring team members, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will also engage in continuous professional development and adhere to company policies. This is a permanent, full-time role with day shifts from Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care
- Mentor and assist team members
- Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organisations and hospital trusts
- Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the service
- Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patients
- Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care
Key Skills:
- Experience in renal nursing is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of current professional nursing issues
- Ability to adapt to change within the working situation
- Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible
- Able to work effectively within a team

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP31,050 : GBP36,750 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on day shifts from Monday:Saturdays. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
Location allowance of GBP4,000 per annum
35 days paid leave per annum, including bank holidays
