Summary: Join Airswift as an H&S Operations Officer in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards within the Oil & Gas industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the company's H&S Management system.
- Verify compliance of operational activities with Company referential.
- Conduct H&S audit inspections for vehicles and equipment before site mobilization.
- Promote H&S practices and motivate personnel towards safe behavior.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate data for Monthly H&S reports.
- Develop and facilitate Safety Culture initiatives and communication campaigns.
- Report and investigate incidents, developing Cause Tree Analysis reports.
- Update Synergi cases and actions for POM and sites; provide Synergi training.
- Manage HSE training matrix for POM & Site.
- Contribute to the Permit to Work processes and hold relevant roles within the process.
- Perform additional H&S tasks as assigned by line management.

- Incident Management: Proficient in managing and responding to incidents effectively.
- HSSE Knowledge: Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment principles.
- HSE Expertise: Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and practices.

- Hazard Identification: Skilled in identifying potential hazards in operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject.
