Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up Permit to Work system for communal areas.
• Collaborating with Asbestos and Fire leads to design process maps with Repairs and Capital Works Teams.
• Designing and producing a plan to bring CDM in-house in collaboration with the Capital Works Team.
• Setting up a third-party audit regime for the EICR programme.
• Transitioning the third-party audit contract for Gas from the Gas Team to the H&S team.
• Working through previous H&S audit recommendations with Repairs Managers to ensure implementation, including delivery of Toolbox Talks.
