Key Responsibilities:
- Work on implementation, upgrade, and support projects for Guidewire xCenters.

- Lead L2/L3/L4 support teams across India, US, and UK.
- Handle production defects and maintain a healthy trend in issues management.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify systemic defect patterns.

- Manage centralized monitoring and observability dashboards for real-time health tracking.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of total Guidewire experience.
- 5+ years of ClaimCenter experience.
- Guidewire Certified Developer, preferably ACE certified.
- Strong experience in Property and Casualty insurance domain.
- Understanding of Policy, claim, and Billing life cycles in Guidewire systems.
- Experience with Guidewire xCenters (version 10.x & cloud versions) configuration.
- Knowledge of customization and integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong expertise in Gosu, Core Java, SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD controls and structured SDLC.

Job description:
Role: Guidewire CC Developer
Work in Implementation, Upgrade and support project with on-prem, GWCP and private Cloud hosted version of for Guidewire xCenters (version 10.x & cloud versions) Manage client co-ordination and deep functional or insurance (P&C) industry expertise especially on Personal and/or commercial lines.
Lead L2/L3/L4 support teams working across India, US & UK.
Lead distributed teams working across 3 different time zones effectively handle production defects, arresting defect inflow and maintaining a healthy trend in issues management Ensure near 24/7 environment availability for production and non-production environments, exceeding customer service level agreements Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify identify systemic defect patterns, areas of opportunities to improve and control flow of defects. Define & Socialize plan of action to eliminate and control defects Enhance application logging standards across Guidewire services to achieve faster MTTR through proactive alerting & anomaly detection.
Manage centralized monitoring & observability dashboards for Real Time health tracking.

Total Guidewire Experience: 8+ years
ClaimCenter Experience: 5+ years
Must be Guidewire Certified Developer - preferably ACE certified

Domain Expertise:

o Familiarity with Infra concepts and deployment architecture (WMB, WAS, and Apache)
o Strong knowledge on Software architecture and design in Guidewire Ecosystem
o Enforcing the Testing Pyramid with Unit Tests (GUnit), API & Integration Testing and UI Regression (targeted)
o Implementing automated regression tests to reduce release risk and cycle time
o Strong expertise in Gosu, Core Java, SQL
o Ability to work with different databases write SQL queries for data analysis
SDLC/Project Management:
o Implementing structured SDLC with CI/CD controls.
