Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing Guidewire systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Define and recommend solutions for building systems that operate efficiently across multiple countries.
- Design and implement single-instance or multiple-instance Guidewire systems based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of Guidewire systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest Guidewire technologies and industry trends.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Guidewire Technical Expert or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite (Policy center, Billing center, Claim center).
- Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
- Experience with multi-country system implementations.
- Proficiency in Java, GOSU, and other relevant programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
