Summary: The Guidewire Application Support Analyst role involves supporting Guidewire applications for a specialty insurer in the Lloyd's market. The position requires technical expertise in SQL and experience with insurance-based applications, particularly ClaimCenter. The analyst will be responsible for the integration of Guidewire into existing systems and will interact with third-party vendors and internal teams. This is a permanent, hybrid position based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the support & integration of Guidewire application to business estates
- Identify opportunities & propose integration solutions including batch processing & message queues
- Manage & provide technical support for Guidewire applications in production
- Liaise & interact with 3rd party vendors
- Engage with technical teams & business analysts to achieve & support successful integration
Key Skills:
- London Markets or Specialty Insurance experience
- Extensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Deep understanding of ITIL Service Management
- Experience using Microsoft SQL
