Trading Writers is looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to take our trading education platform and newsletter ecosystem to the next level. We don’t just want "leads" but high-intent traders who stay for the long haul. You will own the entire growth engine, from the first click on a Facebook/X ad to the final conversion. The Mission Scale our subscriber base while maintaining a healthy Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and maximising Life-Time Value (LTV) . You’ll be responsible for turning our trading insights into a high-converting machine.

What You’ll Do

  • Paid Acquisition: Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, X (Twitter), Google, and financial ad networks (Taboola/Outbrain).
  • Funnel Optimisation: A/B test landing pages, VSLs, and "lead magnets" specifically designed for active traders and investors.
  • Email Marketing Growth: Work with our editorial team to optimize "gauntlet" sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and newsletter referral programs (e.g., Beehiiv/SparkLoop).
  • Data Analysis: Track and report on key metrics (CPA, EPC, Open Rates, and Churn) to ensure every dollar spent is working hard.
  • Partnerships: Manage relationships with financial influencers and affiliate partners to diversify traffic sources.
