  • Design and deliver paid media campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Display, SEO) with full accountability for ROI and performance.
  • Lead CRO strategy and A/B testing roadmap, optimizing the digital funnel to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Oversee digital platforms (website, microsites, apps) ensuring they are optimized for acquisition, accuracy, functionality, and performance.
  • Use data, analytics, and insights to forecast, target, and optimize campaigns, identifying marginal gains and embedding a test-and-learn culture.
  • Partner with Sales, Enquiries, Systems, IT, and agency partners to deliver a joined-up acquisition journey.
  • Drive the digital growth roadmap, balancing immediate campaign execution with long-term strategic builds and initiatives.

OVERVIEW The Role We are a FTSE 250 business and we’re looking for an ambitious and driven CONTRACT Growth & Acquisition Lead (Performance Marketing) or Growth Marketing Manager or Digital Performance Marketing Lead, or Senior Digital Acquisition Manager or Senior Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our acquisition strategy and digital performance engine to drive growth across our large customers who are mainly SME audiences. You’ll be responsible for shaping the digital acquisition roadmap for growth while executing campaigns with our agency partners across paid media, CRO, and digital channels. The successful candidate will combine analytical rigour with creative problem-solving to drive serious growth in an FTSE 250 environment.
