Summary: The role of Interim Head of Treasury involves stepping into a critical position within a PE-backed global technology business undergoing significant transformation. Key Responsibilities:

Interim Head of Treasury London / South East (Hybrid) Competitive day rate Initial 3-6 month contract with potential to extend PE-backed global technology business A PE-owned global business undertaking a significant transformation and build-out of its finance infrastructure. They require an experienced Head of Treasury to step in immediately on an interim basis and take ownership of treasury during a critical phase. Reporting to the CFO, this is a hands-on role focused on bringing structure, visibility and control to treasury operations in a fast-moving environment. You will be expected to quickly assess the current position, establish robust cash visibility and forecasting, and ensure strong oversight of liquidity, funding and risk.

Key areas of focus will include:
