Summary: The Group Scrum Master/Leader will guide and coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality within a luxury automotive OEM. This role focuses on facilitating Agile processes, managing the Product Backlog, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and teams. The position is based in Gaydon, Warwickshire, and operates in a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
- Help Scrum Teams focus on creating high-value product increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- Remove obstacles to Scrum Teams' progress and manage obstacle board reviews.
- Ensure all Scrum events are positive, productive, and time-boxed.
- Assist stakeholders in understanding and enacting an empirical approach for complex work.
- Bridge business tools & processes with Agile ways of working.
- Ensure synchronization between product groups and vehicle groups.
- Govern effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as necessary.
- Prepare vehicle team QBR memo in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Group Scrum Master and servant leader for Agile Release Train (ART).
- Knowledge of automotive hardware delivery.
- Ability to facilitate ART events and processes.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
- Experience in managing risks and driving continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in using tools like JIRA for obstacle management.
- Ability to guide teams on introspection and agile ways of working.
- Experience in backlog creation, refinement, and estimation.
- Capability to review performance charts and identify challenges.
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and retrospectives.
Salary (Rate): £49.51
