Robert Half are recruiting a Group Reporting role within a dynamic business in Wiltshire on a 12 months FTC basis.
We are partnering with an exciting organisation to recruit a Group Reporting Manager who will play a critical role in external reporting, group consolidation, technical accounting, governance and treasury support.
12 Months FTC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Group financial reporting and statutory accounts preparation
- Own the Group consolidation process and ensure IFRS compliance
- Manage external audits and act as the key contact for auditors and advisers
- Provide technical accounting expertise on complex and significant transactions
- Support and enhance the Group Internal Control Framework
- Lead impairment reviews for goodwill, tangible and intangible assets
- Support treasury activities including cash forecasting, liquidity management and payment oversight
- Prepare Audit Committee and Board reporting papers
- Mentor and support junior finance team members
ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
Strong knowledge of IFRS and listed company reporting requirements
Proven experience in Group reporting and consolidation within a listed, PLC or multinational environment
Experience managing external audits
