Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce management accounts, including group consolidated accounts for the Board and private equity owners.
• Create, review, and reconcile group balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support year-end statutory reporting and collaborate with relevant team members.
• Ensure high-quality financial data reporting and accuracy, addressing issues in current management accounts.
• Redesign and resolve issues in the balance sheet, including clarifying accruals, and provide guidance to the general finance team.
• Focus on reviewing rather than inputting to the General Ledger; ensure accuracy in financial data managed by the Finance Controller and their team.
• Develop and enhance the management accounts pack to provide more insightful information for management and improve reporting for external stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Experience in a practice background, preferably from a small to medium firm.
• Background in outsourcing practice dealing with management accounts for clients is advantageous.
• Candidates nearing qualification or transitioning from practice to industry.
• Experience with Netsuite desirable.
