Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Own the monthly and quarterly Group reporting packs.
  • Support Group reporting for quarterly and annual results, including disclosures.
  • Manage the statutory audit process and address internal audit queries.
  • Drive improvements across reporting and consolidation processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business.
  • Support the preparation of IFRS financial statements.
  • Maintain and improve IFRS-related processes.
  • Liaise with external advisors.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified Accountant, ACA or equivalent.
  • Strong group reporting and consolidations experience.
  • Background in a large or complex business.
  • Solid technical IFRS knowledge.
  • Immediately available or on short notice.

Salary (Rate): £100,000.00 yearly

Interim Group Finance Manager £500 - £600 Per Day or £90,000 to £110,000 Weybridge, 4 days in the office
