Summary: The Group Finance Manager - Change will lead the re-engineering of finance and accounting processes to enhance operational efficiency and support the organization's ambitious goals. This role involves managing the financial integration of newly acquired entities, standardizing procedures, and driving the automation of financial processes. The position is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the re-engineering of finance & accounting processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency across the organisation.
- Drive the centralisation of non-consolidation finance processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with the group's ambitious goals.
- Standardise procedures across entities, optimise workflows and reduce redundancy following acquisitions from the M&A strategy.
- Manage the financial integration of newly acquired entities into the group, ensuring seamless alignment with existing processes delivering complete group view across Fin Ops, Analytics, Systems and FP&A.
- Lead the automation of manual financial processes, integrating them into the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solution.
- Develop and mentor non-accounting finance team members on new accounting processes, systems, and tools introduced during transformation.
