Summary: The Group Finance Manager - Change will lead the re-engineering of finance and accounting processes to enhance operational efficiency and support the organization's ambitious goals. This role involves managing the financial integration of newly acquired entities, standardizing procedures, and automating manual processes. The position is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the re-engineering of finance and accounting processes to streamline operations.
  • Drive the centralization of non-consolidation finance processes for consistency and scalability.
  • Standardize procedures across entities and optimize workflows post-acquisition.
  • Manage the financial integration of newly acquired entities into the group.
  • Lead the automation of manual financial processes into the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solution.
  • Develop and mentor non-accounting finance team members on new processes and tools.
