Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Finance Business Partnering Excel and reporting files, supporting implementation into a system.
- Assist in group consolidation of results and reporting, collaborating with Finance Business Partnering and FP&A teams.
- Support analysis requests from Finance Business Partnering and FP&A teams.
- Champion process improvement and automation, advancing the Finance Business Partner roadmap.
- Promote data accountability and integrity within the Finance function and across the business.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisation tools.
- Provide support to FP&A for ad hoc requests.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience working with financial datasets and FP&A processes.
- Proven ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- A curious mindset focused on process improvement.

About The Commercial Finance Team
As a member of our dynamic Commercial Finance team, you will play a key role in supporting Efficio’s global operations. This team delivers vital financial insights, strategic analysis, and operational support, all aimed at enhancing business performance. Responsibilities range from delivering timely financial reporting and supporting investment decisions to collaborating with stakeholders on long-term financial planning. The Commercial Finance team is fundamental in driving lasting and measurable value throughout the organisation.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Maintain the current Finance Business Partnering Excel and reporting files in the short term, with a longer-term focus on supporting the implementation of these processes into a system.
- Assist in group consolidation of results and reporting, working closely with both the Finance Business Partnering and FP&A teams.
- Support analysis requests from the Finance Business Partnering and FP&A teams as needed.
- Champion process improvement and automation by advancing the Finance Business Partner roadmap, seeking to improve processes, create efficiencies, and maximise automation.
- Promote data accountability and integrity within the Finance function and across the wider business.
- Develop the ability to create and maintain dashboards and visualisation tools.
- Provide support to FP&A for any ad hoc requests.
