Summary: The role of Interim Group Accountant involves supporting the Group Finance Team during a transformative growth phase. The role is hybrid, requiring two days in the office, and is offered on a fixed-term contract basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the implementation of new reporting and control processes
  • Supporting monthly financial reporting and compliance across the group
  • Preparing management accounts, reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Collaborating with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Supporting acquisition accounting and updates to deferred/contingent consideration
  • Assisting with statutory accounts preparation and quarterly lender attestations
  • Contributing to accounting for group restructuring and legal entity changes
  • Providing general support to the wider Group Finance Team as required

About the Job
