Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the Group Reporting and Planning function.
  • Build a robust consolidated financial reporting framework.
  • Coordinate group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Deliver high-quality management insights.
  • Support strategic decision-making and stakeholder transparency.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or significant QBE with strong Group Accounting experience.
  • 3-5 years post-qualification experience, ideally in a group finance environment.
  • Proven ability to build consolidation models for P&L, balance sheet, and cashflows.
  • Experience with international group consolidations and ERP systems (Access preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data extraction capabilities.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills.
