Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the Group Reporting and Planning function.
- Build a robust consolidated financial reporting framework.
- Coordinate group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Deliver high-quality management insights.
- Support strategic decision-making and stakeholder transparency.
Key Skills:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or significant QBE with strong Group Accounting experience.
- 3-5 years post-qualification experience, ideally in a group finance environment.
- Proven ability to build consolidation models for P&L, balance sheet, and cashflows.
- Experience with international group consolidations and ERP systems (Access preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data extraction capabilities.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills.
