- Oversee all aspects of groundworks and civil engineering operations on site
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
- Monitor progress and provide regular reporting on project performance
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks and civil engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of groundwork packages (drainage, foundations, roads, infrastructure)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications preferred
- Full UK driving licence
