- Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks and civil engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of groundwork packages (drainage, foundations, roads, infrastructure)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications preferred
- Full UK driving licence
