Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and deliver design briefs for both online and offline collateral, ensuring all materials are on-brand, compliant, and meet business requirements.
- Produce creative and effective design solutions within corporate and regulatory guidelines across multiple formats.
- Manage internal and external resources, including agencies, printers, and digital partners, to deliver all collateral on time and within budget.
- Coordinate all participants in the production process, maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure delivery of high-quality print and digital assets.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of the creative asset library, ensuring up-to-date materials are readily available for internal use.
Key Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Mac-based design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- A creative and conceptual thinker with excellent attention to detail and strong typographic skills.
- Proven experience working in a design studio, in-house team, or agency environment (experience within the financial sector is advantageous).
- Comprehensive understanding of print and digital production processes, including file preparation and distribution methods.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
