Summary: The Graphic Designer role at NHS Supply Chain involves creating graphics for communications and marketing campaigns, editing video content, and designing event collateral. The position requires collaboration with web developers to enhance digital content and ensure brand compliance. The designer will also manage project files and contribute to the overall user experience on digital platforms. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in a hybrid working environment in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop graphics for marketing campaigns, emails, social media, and other digital content.
  • Collaborate with the web and digital team to deliver design and production to agreed deadlines.
  • Conduct brand checking for presentations and make corrections/improvements.
  • Determine design requirements and budget for various projects.
  • Create concepts, graphics, and layouts for presentations, websites, and events.
  • Edit video content or animations to communicate complex information.
  • Develop engaging visuals for social media content.
  • Organise, manage, and store project files for easy access and collaboration.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as a graphic designer developing digital materials for web content and social media.
  • Video editing and animation creation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to collaborate and engage with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience in event collateral design, including exhibition materials and presentations.
  • Strong organisational skills for managing design files and version control.
  • Knowledge of effective campaigns and events activities, ideally within the NHS context.

Salary (Rate): £39,585
