Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in delivering projects valued between £1m to £500m across public and private sectors.
• Preparing tender and contract documents.
• Ensuring adherence to internal governance.
• Assisting in the management and delivery of construction projects.
• Assisting in the development of works and resource management.
• Controlling project costs and managing project risk.
• Facilitating project progress meetings with the project team.
• Implementing change control management.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting senior staff in delivering business objectives.

Key Skills:

• Welsh speaker is desirable.
• A minimum 2:1 degree in Project Management or a construction-related degree.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) minimum of 5 A* - C, including B Grades in Maths and English.
• Experience in using Microsoft applications (required) – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in using Microsoft applications (preferred) – Teams, Project.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Self-motivated with a professional and ethical business approach.
• Team player, able to deliver multiple projects to deadlines while forming effective relationships.
• Suitability for Security clearance.
• Flexibility to travel domestically and overseas if required.
• Full, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicle.
