We have an exciting opportunity for you to start your career in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) within FGH’s commercial team. We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in understanding customer behaviour to help us deliver smart, customer-focused campaigns that build loyalty and drive business growth. In simple terms, CRM is all about how we communicate with our customers to keep them coming back, spending more, and feeling valued.

Role Accountabilities

In this role you will support the CRM team across a wide range of customer marketing activities, including:

  • Helping to plan and deliver CRM campaigns across channels like email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail
  • Supporting customer segmentation and targeting helping to decide which groups of customers should receive which messages
  • Working with customer data to understand behaviours that help us market more effectively
  • Making sure campaigns reflect the brand’s tone and visual guidelines
  • Helping to track performance and producing regular reports
  • Supporting the team with admin tasks
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as the brand, insights, and international teams.
