About The Opportunity We’re looking for a Graduate Geo-technical / Geo-environmental Consultant to join our highly successful Geo team in our Southampton office as part of our 2026 Graduate Programme. You’ll contribute to sustainable projects across sectors including renewable energy, defence, commercial, and residential, with a balanced mix of on-site and consultancy-based work. Our geo team collaborates closely with other disciplines across Stantec to support clients through planning and construction. You’ll gain experience scoping site investigations, interpreting field data, producing interpretative reports, and providing construction phase support. As a Stantec graduate, you will develop your expertise in an interdisciplinary environment with strong support from your team, technical colleagues, and senior staff within our open, collaborative culture.
