What You’ll Be Doing as a Graduate Data Analyst

You’ll play a key role in turning data into meaningful insights that drive decisions, for both Quorum and our clients.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports (internal & client-facing)
  • Performing exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and anomalies, providing trend analysis, identifying problems and working with the wider team to implement solutions.
  • Translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve data processes improving our business efficiency
  • Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to solve real business problems

You’ll Ideally Have

  • A degree in a quantitative field (Maths, Statistics, Science) or equivalent experience
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, R or other languages for extracting analysing and manipulating data.
  • An understanding of data pipelines / ETL processes (nice to have)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills; you can explain data clearly
