What You’ll Be Doing as a Graduate Data Analyst
You’ll play a key role in turning data into meaningful insights that drive decisions, for both Quorum and our clients.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports (internal & client-facing)
- Performing exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and anomalies, providing trend analysis, identifying problems and working with the wider team to implement solutions.
- Translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve data processes improving our business efficiency
- Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to solve real business problems
You’ll Ideally Have
- A degree in a quantitative field (Maths, Statistics, Science) or equivalent experience
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, R or other languages for extracting analysing and manipulating data.
- An understanding of data pipelines / ETL processes (nice to have)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; you can explain data clearly
